Orders are typically packed and shipped within 2 business days (although we endeavour to ship out within 24 hours). Please however allow extra time during promotional or festive periods.

Why does my new perfume smell a little different?
Our perfumes are made in small batches, and often contain a lot of natural ingredients which may have small variations in scent profile.
Are the perfumes vegan?
All our perfumes are formulated to be free of parabens, phthalates, and do not contain any animal-derived ingredients. Rain Tea does not use any real honey and instead uses a special blend of ingredients to allude to the scent of honey.
Is there animal testing?
Our perfumes do not undergo any animal testing at any point in our production processes.
What's the inspiration?
Our perfumes are inspired by a personal interpretation of conversations and bonding over tea.
The tea extracts made in-house add a special touch of real tea to these perfumes.

All Chasing Scents products are formulated, filled and hand-packed in Sydney, Australia.
