Why does my new perfume smell a little different?
Our perfumes are made in small batches, and often contain a lot of natural ingredients which may have small variations in scent profile.
Is there animal testing?
Our perfumes do not undergo any animal testing at any point in our production processes.
Are the perfumes vegan?
All our perfumes are formulated to be free of any animal-derived ingredients.
Rain Tea does not use any real honey and instead uses a special blend of ingredients to allude to the scent of honey.
Do the perfumes contain parabens or phthalates?
All our perfumes are formulated to be free of parabens, and phthalates.
What's the inspiration?
Our perfumes are inspired by a personal interpretation of conversations and bonding over tea.
The tea extracts made in-house add a special touch of real tea to these perfumes.
Do you add artificial colours to the perfumes?
We do use any artificial dyes in our perfumes. Our perfumes get their colour mainly from the natural extracts which we use in the formula; therefore there may be slight differences in colour between batches.
Be careful of staining your clothing when using our darker perfumes (Slow World, Private Teahouse especially)!
Where are your perfumes made?
All our perfumes are formulated, filled and hand-packed in Sydney, Australia.
Are your perfumes safe?
Each of our perfumes are formulated to be compliant with the regulations and laws in each region in which they are sold.

Do the perfumes have an expiration date?
We recommend our perfumes to be best used within 2-3 years after opening if kept under recommended conditions.
To keep your perfume smelling better for longer, we recommend to store in a cool place, away from heat and sunlight.
Shipping & Returns
How long does it take for my order to be fulfilled?
Orders are typically packed and shipped within 2 business days (although we endeavour to ship out within 24 hours).
Please however allow extra time during promotional or festive periods.
How long does shipping take?
We ship from Sydney NSW. Deliveries are typically faster the closer you are to us.
Below are estimated delivery times after your order has been fulfilled.
Express: 1-3 business days.
Standard: 2-5 business days.
Allow extra 1-3 days for rural areas.
